TERMS & CONDITIONS
Installations
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the quotation does not include redecoration, carpet laying, or building work. Additional charges may apply if our engineers do not have clear access to doors, windows, or other areas where equipment needs to be installed.
Installation Date
The installation date will be confirmed and scheduled. Any changes or cancellations must be communicated at least 3 days in advance; otherwise, a fee may apply.
Quotes
Quotes are valid for 30 days only.
Any extra work requested beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately and requires customer approval before proceeding.
Existing equipment and wiring may be used, subject to a satisfactory inspection by our engineer and agreement with the customer at the time of installation. The customer acknowledges that any faults arising in the existing equipment that require repair, or replacement will be subject to additional charges. The use of existing equipment is at the customer’s own risk.
Deposits
For installations exceeding £1,000, a deposit of 20% of the total cost is required unless agreed otherwise.
Payment
Full payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, cheque, and card payment.
12 Month Parts & Labour Guarantee
All installations come with a 1 year parts and labour guarantee, covering any faulty equipment or installation issues not caused by the customer. Damage or interference by third parties will void the guarantee and incur charges.
1-5 Year Equipment Warranty
Manufacturer warranties on parts range from 1 to 5 years, depending on the item. Damage or interference by third parties will void the warranty, and replacement parts and labour will be chargeable.
Aftercare Support
Complimentary aftercare support is provided, though it is non-contractual, discretionary, and not available 24/7. We will respond or provide support at our earliest convenience.
Chargeable Call-Outs
Call-outs are chargeable if the issue is due to the customer or a third party. They are also chargeable if the 12 months parts & labour guarantee has passed.
We will attempt to resolve issues over the phone or via remote access before scheduling a call-out.
Our standard call out fee is £80 for the first hour and £25 p/h thereafter.
Operating Hours
Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (excluding public holidays). Any works completed outside of these hours are at our discretion and are to be agreed in advance.
